Nick Schubert has joined the ML Holdings team as General Counsel, strengthening legal support across the organization. In this role Nick will be working with ML leaders, both at the holding company and operating companies, overseeing all types of legal matters. Those include risk management, acquisition-related due diligence and documentation, commercial contracts, human resources matters, risk-related strategic planning and more. The addition of Nick is a great step forward for ML as the organization continues to build an even more talented team.
Nick comes to ML with 10+ years of experience in the legal profession, all of which has been working in-house. Much of that time was spent in the construction industry working for several major general contractors. Prior getting his law degree, Nick was a management consultant focused on strategy, change management and risk management for industrially oriented businesses.
