Terrie Beaman-Ames, a dedicated and loyal team member for over 20 years, has been promoted to Senior Director, Benefits & Payroll, reporting to me. During her time with the organization, she has held roles across our operating companies and at the holding company. Her focus for many years has been in the Benefits and Payroll arena. Those that work closely with Terrie know that she never shies away from a challenge, wearing many other hats for the company that go beyond her title. Terrie has excelled at delivering excellent benefits to our employees through her deep knowledge of benefits programs and tight management of our benefits vendor partners.
In this expanded role, Terrie will take on two additional areas of responsibility: 1) oversight of the Holding Company office Human Resources function, and 2) managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ADP, across all operating companies. She will be responsible for delivering on the recruiting, on-boarding, and HR management functions for the Holding Company office. Terrie will partner with the HR leads at the Operating Companies to ensure we are leveraging the system to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and hold our vendor partners accountable for delivering excellent service.
