Power Equipment Company Acquires Machinery Supply in Canada

Power Equipment Company is excited to announce that they have acquired Machinery Supply, located just outside of Calgary, Alberta in Canada. This purchase will extend the company’s aggregate presence from the Western United States to Canada as they align and partner with key equipment manufacturers to gain a larger geographic footprint.

Of crucial importance, the companies will be dealers for Superior Industries. The combination of talented dealership teams and flagship manufacturers, provide an opportunity for growth and long-term success.

Machinery Supply is a family owned, full-service aggregate equipment dealer based in Airdrie, Alberta. They currently serve Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and have a wealth of aggregate experience and expertise. Over the past decade Machinery Supply has continued to grow and has become one of the top aggregate equipment and parts suppliers in Western Canada.

The relationship between Power Equipment Company and Machinery Supply started when the latter was first established in 2009 and has remained solid throughout the years. Power Equipment Company has been a parts and equipment provider to Machinery Supply, and now has the opportunity to further solidify its partnership through this acquisition. Machinery Supply will operate as a subsidiary of Power Equipment Company.
