Winslow Crane Service Co. of Denver joins the ML family.
Winslow was founded in 1953 and runs a fleet of truck, all terrain, rough terrain, lattice crawler cranes topped by a 350 ton Demag AC350. Dennis Dexter will remain as general manager of Winslow Crane Service, having been with the company for 39 years. While Bryant Winslow, currently vice president of finance will also continue to support the expanded company in a business development role.
In a letter to employees and customers, President Floyd Winslow, said: “Winslow Crane Service has employed three generations of our own family, and in that time many of you, our customers, and certainly our employees, have come to feel like family. After many successful years in business, we wanted to reward our faithful employees and loyal customers. We know that to do that we must grow beyond the deep tradition of service, safety, and solutions you have come to know. To that end, we have found a buyer for the company whom we know will continue the tradition of excellence we started in 1953 and build upon that legacy for the future.”
“Bryant, Dennis, and the entire team are very excited about the future for Winslow Crane Service and will have the full support of ML Holdings, as well as access to their vast equipment, resources and employees throughout their branch network.”
– Floyd Winslow, President of Winslow Crane Service Co.
ML Holdings already owns Crane Service and Marks Crane & Rigging, both with branches in New Mexico and Texas, United Crane & Rigging in Maryland and Washington D.C. and Majestic Rigging & Transportation in Henderson, Colorado. The addition of Winslow Crane will give the group greater coverage in the Colorado and take the total branch network to 12 locations.
