Since 1984, Power Screening has been a leading heavy equipment dealer in the aggregate and construction industries throughout the Rocky Mountain region. But in reality, they are much more than that. In fact, helping customers achieve their goals in an advisory and consultative manner is a value-added cornerstone of Power Screening’s process.
This approach came to fruition when CEI Constructors, a Colorado-owned-and-operated heavy highway civil contractor, contacted Power Screening regarding a project they were undertaking in Granby, Colorado. The project would require various sizes/gradations of aggregate to be imported, contracted out to be processed, and produced by CEI or a combination of these options.
Though at the time not versed in the crushing and screening process, CEI wanted to investigate the feasibility of producing some, if not all, of the aggregate products required for the project by their team. In order for this to occur, CEI relied on Power Screening to not only provide the necessary equipment but also come alongside CEI as a consultant both before and during the project. Power Screening was more than happy to partner with the CEI team.
The Power Screening team, led by Territory Manager Patrick Malfitano, worked alongside CEI in multiple phases of the production process, including proper configuration of each rental unit, equipment site placement, training of CEI team members, and operational adjustments to equipment to meet product specifications.
The equipment Power Screening provided for on-site material processing included a Terex MDS M515 Track Trommel, Powerscreen Premiertrak 400 Jaw Crusher, and Powerscreen Warrior 2100 Screen Plant.
Power Screening is very thankful for the opportunity to partner with CEI on this project and looks forward to future opportunities.
